Refund Policy

At TBarr Social, we stand behind the services and products we provide. We value your business and your satisfaction, and while we don’t offer blanket refunds on all purchases, we do our best to make things right when issues arise. Please review the policy below to understand how refunds and adjustments are handled.

1. Services

Because our services (such as social media management, content creation, photography, or digital strategy) are customized and time-based, all service sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Time or creative work that has already been completed, delivered, or scheduled.

  • Missed deadlines or delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing materials, or rescheduling).

  • Change-of-mind decisions after service delivery begins.

However, if you believe an error was made or a deliverable doesn’t meet the agreed scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the concern and, at our discretion, offer:

  • A revision or adjustment to the deliverable, or

  • A partial refund if no reasonable alternative can be provided.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content (such as templates, guides, or downloads), all digital sales are final.
We do not issue refunds once digital materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

If you experience technical issues (e.g., a file won’t open or download properly), please reach out so we can fix or resend the file promptly.

3. Physical Products or Merchandise

If you purchase physical products (like branded merchandise), refunds or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error.

4. Events, Workshops, or Consultations

Tickets or bookings for events, strategy sessions, or workshops are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may:

  • Transfer your registration to another person, or

  • Request to apply your payment toward a future session (subject to availability and approval).

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy.
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and may dispute them with supporting documentation of delivered services or digital goods.
