You can sign up directly by selecting a package on the pricing page. During checkout, you’ll choose your services, social media platforms, and any add-ons that fit your needs.

If you’d rather talk it through first, you can always schedule a quick meeting with me before signing up.

After completing a detailed onboarding questionnaire, I’ll have the brand guidelines I need to start creating your content. You can also book an optional 20-minute onboarding call if you’d prefer to walk through it together.

Next, I’ll connect to your social media channel(s) so I can schedule and post the content you’ve approved directly to your pages.

Within 10 business days of submitting your questionnaire, you’ll receive your full month of content to review. If you need a quicker turnaround, expedited delivery is available as an optional add-on.

I’ll revise anything you don’t love, and once it’s approved, I’ll schedule and post your content throughout the month.

You’ll also have the option to schedule a monthly 20-minute content review call with me as your dedicated Content Strategist.

To keep things streamlined and easy, most communication happens through written messages in the TBarr Social Client Portal or via email. This helps keep everything organized and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

That said, I’m flexible. If you prefer to communicate through text, Messenger, or WhatsApp, just let me know what works best for you.

I respond as quickly as possible, usually multiple times a day and always within 24 hours on business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. I just ask that you provide at least 10 days written notice before your next billing cycle. That notice can be sent through the TBarr Social client portal, email, or even a quick text, whatever’s easiest for you, as long as it’s in writing.

If notice isn’t provided within that window, a $150 off-boarding fee will automatically apply to cover the time and prep already in motion.

No. All services provided by TBarr Social are non-refundable.

Because this is a personalized digital service that involves manual creative work, refunds are not offered. You’re paying for deliverables based on your brief, preferences, and feedback.

While I always aim for a final result you’re proud to post, this isn’t a “pay only if you like it” model. I’ll gladly make revisions within the original scope to get things where they need to be.

Your payment covers custom content creation. Scheduling and posting on your behalf is a complimentary service. If a technical issue prevents scheduling, the full content will be delivered for you to post manually.

I work best with clients who are ready to commit to the process and respect the creative work involved. This isn’t the right fit for tire-kickers or those looking for trial-and-error content without investment.

All services at TBarr Social are billed as a monthly subscription. You’ll be charged on the same calendar date each month based on your original signup date.

Plans auto-renew until you cancel. You can switch, pause, or cancel anytime through the Client Portal to avoid future charges. No surprise renewals, no fine print, just clear billing and full control.

If you’d like to change your billing date to better align with your financial schedule, I’m happy to accommodate. For example, if you’d prefer to be billed on the 15th instead of the 1st, I can prorate the change to make it seamless.

It depends on what you already have. Some clients come in with a strong library of brand photos and videos, and in those cases, I work primarily with your existing content.

If you don’t have much to start with, I’ll use a mix of premium stock photography and custom graphic design that fits your brand aesthetic and message.

If you’d rather not use the integration, you also have the option to add me directly to your account and control the permissions that are shared. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable my the setup is flexible and secure either way.
